Shipping Terms and Conditions
JKL Acoustics offers delivery within South Africa using a preferred delivery service. Products will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays. A signature, physical or electronic, will be required when your order is delivered. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order and sign for it.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
Estimated delivery date from the date of processing the order is usually 5-7 business days. During working hours, orders are usually processed within 2-3 hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. Delivery times are estimates only after payment has been processed and we shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier company.
Public Holidays: Orders are not processed, dispatched or delivered on public holidays. A public holiday will delay the delivery of your order by at least one additional day.

CUSTOM PRODUCT DELIVERY DATE
Each custom order has a manufacturing lead time of 10-15 working days, which only begins once payment has reflected on our system. Once your payment reflects, your order will enter our workshop and manufacturing will commence. After completion of your product, your order will be dispatched with our courier partner by the close of business. Tracking information will be sent to you. Delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier company.

ORDER AGREEMENT
JKL Acoustics wants you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of custom orders, it is important to be aware of our Return Policy. We are unable to accept any custom order returns unless they were damaged in transport or there has been a manufacturing error. Reselling these custom products is not permitted.

After completion of your product, your order will be dispatched with our courier partner by the close of business. Tracking information will be sent to you. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please note that our courier partners are not able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses certain townships, farms, plots or extreme outlying areas.
JKL Acoustics will not be held responsible or liable for incorrect delivery details supplied by customers when checking out. We are unable to change your delivery address once orders have been dispatched to the courier. Thus you should ensure your address is correctly entered when placing an order.
PRODUCT DAMAGES
If your product is damaged upon delivery or has any defects and there is no clear damage to the item from the courier company, you will be required to submit photos of the damaged or defected products within 24 hours of receiving the products. Photos are to be emailed to: info@jklacoustics.com
We will investigate the matter further after receiving the required details. JKL Acoustics will replace the products you ordered if it is found that the products were sent to you in the condition shown upon receipt or damages occurred in transit. If the items are not reported as damaged / defective within 24 hours of receiving them, we will not be able to refund or exchange your order.
COLLECTIONS
You may collect your order from our premises upon completion – we will contact you and provide the address.
