Delivery & Fulfilment Information
JKL Acoustics manufactures acoustic panels locally in South Africa and delivers products nationwide through trusted courier partners. Orders are fulfilled following confirmation through approved retailers, distributors, or direct engagement with our team. All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Delivery Areas
We deliver within South Africa during standard business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). While we aim to service as many locations as possible, deliveries to certain remote, rural, or outlying areas may not be available due to courier limitations.

Estimated Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on the product type, order size, and current production schedule.

Custom products may require additional manufacturing time due to their made-to-order nature.
Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on public holidays. Any public holiday during the production or delivery period may result in an additional delay.
Custom Orders
Custom acoustic products are manufactured to order. Manufacturing begins once order specifications have been confirmed and approved. Due to the bespoke nature of custom products, returns are subject to our Return Policy.
Please ensure all measurements, finishes, and specifications are correct at the time of confirmation, as changes may affect lead times.
Orders are processed during standard business hours. Once manufacturing is complete, delivery is arranged through one of our trusted courier partners. Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched, including relevant delivery details where applicable.
Delivery Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of order confirmation. We are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses, and certain farms, plots, or remote locations may fall outside courier service areas.
JKL Acoustics cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should notify JKL Acoustics within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence where possible. Each case is reviewed individually to determine an appropriate resolution.
If damage occurs during transit and is not reported within this timeframe, we may be unable to offer a replacement or exchange.
Collections
Collections may be arranged by prior agreement once an order is complete. Collection details, including location and timing, will be provided directly to the customer.
